My bad, those are dyed blue. I just scrolled on past the description to keep from thinking about it too much, and I thought it was more of the dyed purple he did some of a while back.

The white over natural looks really good together, I have a Kephart in natural G10 over natural canvas and it's an awesome combination.
I can't see the first pic of the Bushfingers though, is that just me?

Mistwalker: your thread full of pictures of that Kephart is partly what made me take a chance on the white. I always like these types of scales when I see pictures of them but I can't always see myself carrying it. Figure I'll just get one in hand and see if I like I as much as I do in pictures. This will also be my first Fiddleback.

Yeah, I was gifted that one. I would have feared the white before hand, but now I regret passing on a white handled Hiking Buddy a few years ago after seeing how the Kephart has done.

I have a white HB and use it a lot. Always surprised how nice it cleans up after hard use. No apparent staining...

If it's a convex and you picked it up at Blade a few years ago, you got the one I regret passing on...and Kal El got the black palm one I regret passing on. BUT the scandi one I did get ended up being my wife's favorite knife, and I just made a deal for a bloodwood HB with a convex grind so it's all good

I have had and carried both the white linen, and the ivory paper micarta on knives. It has never stained deeply. I could always update any handle with a little TLC if it was ever a problem.
I love that wood. It really polishes up pretty. Easy to get. Ebay is where I get mine.
