As always, my first priority is to thank all of you. Fiddleback Forge depends on y’all, and we hope you love the tool you buy from us.

Well, last week I should have gone and gotten stitches for my thumb, but we butterflied it up and I went back to work. That one healed fine, so when I stabbed my hand today while waxing the handles, we did the same thing again. Wish me luck. Its been a tough spring for dumbass injuries. Hopefully I’m at the end of a streak of clulmsiness. LOL. Hope y’all had a good one, and like the weeks’ work.

As a reminder that we have machetes in stock.

The prices this week are without sheaths. I am lucky enough to work with both Heber Ellsworth and Rick Lowe. Both make fantastic sheaths that are completely different from one another. I appreciate your support for them as well.

All of the steel this week is 3D Spalted 01.

Payment may be made to Paypal, or by personal check or MO. I hold all personal checks until they have cleared. This usually doesn’t cause a delay because they usually clear before shipping day.

What a batch! The birch and the bubinga are amazing! I've seen lots of bubinga over the years (it's a tone wood used in guitar building) but I have NEVER seen one that pretty! Amazing grain!

Question about the KE Bushie (2013 0426 004 – KE Bushie, Tuxedo Config, Convex on 5/32” thick steel - $225): is that a mosaic pin on the handle?
