Important Info! Fiddleback Friday 5/1/20 (Early Preview)

Thanks y'all. I'm going to be doing mostly pinstriped bolstered scales for a while. I've really been enjoying bolsters lately. They're so time consuming, but I really get a joy from it. My favorite from this batch is the Protagonist. I love that knife. That little orange Runt is also quite good.

That little orange Runt is wearing same suit as my Solo ... my first fiddleback Friday buy... and since it’s my birthday month I’ll be looking for a Monarch...to join Solo & BCJR .

We haven't made any Monarchs since the big selloff. Still waiting for demand to come around again.

I live the pin striped bolsters. That Snowbill is gorgeous, and so is the Runt. But man that Protagonist is amazing. I am loving the texture in the 80CrV2. I need to play with a Fiddleback made of that later when I can afford it...which will be a bit considering I've lost most of my imaging work for a while as it is largely artistic and/or tourism related, and I have apparently cut ties with a few of the magazines I used to write for because I refuse to take part in the fear mongering just so they can scare people to sell more copy. So LOLOLOL Joey's Shady Baby and then a Babyboot I borrow from a lady friend (who btw actually appears twice in the illustrations for the last article in contrasting environments as more than just a hand model this time lol) are going to be the featured knives in the upcoming articles for the foreseeable future. I wish I could swing a Femme Fatale for some of the environments on the streets I have been working in lately, but I have an ugly SOG knife for that in case I need to lose it, so likely better that way anyway.

Thanks Andy...,My birthday is coming by end of month and I am definitely on to try and snag a Monarch if available on Fiddleback Friday..love the design and the potential functionality in my central N.J. suburban habitat.
