I'm a newbie here. What does "SFT" mean? Thanks!

SFT = Standard Full Tang, where the tang is a consistent width through the handle.
TT = Tapered Tang, where the tang is tapered and gets smaller as it gets to the rear of the handle.

Warrior108 summed it up perfectly. If you have any other questions dont hesistate to ask

I always (like, in the last year) thought the "S" stood for "skeletonized," ie, "Skeletonized Full Tang." Based on reading something I thought was Official somewhere, and seeing, y'know, all dem HOLES:
