Dimensions are as follows - fits in your hand, cuts whatever you put in front of it! Haha, seriously though - 3 5/8" blade, 8 5/8" oal.

I've been looking around, and I can't get a great feel for how big the Arete is. In some pictures, it looks bigger than the Kephart and others it looks smaller.
 
I have to say that was a great pairing of the OD over drunken burlap on the EDC II, I keep coming back and looking at that one. Nice score.

You saved me. I was all ready to claim it and I decided to wait until I get home tonight. That just gives me more money towards my next sheath.

Oh thank goodness. I have been wanting an Arete for a while...but not really wanting a blue one... but they don't usually stick around this long so I was thinking about it. Then I saw you were thinking about it lol, so I waited. If it was still there tomorrow...

That one is beautiful!! I love the arete. I am so glad you bought it because I didn't know it was still available. I would have crumbled under the pressure.

That's funny because I was waiting too. However my wait time was a bit shorter since I figured if it was still there after I got back from dinner with the family then it would probably be coming this way. And it wa, so it is. Thanks for holding off. :D

:thumbup: I am excited since I have never had an Arête. Plus now it feels like I actually sharked it instead of just slow swim snagging it.
 
Withdrawn, sorry, thought it had a tapered tang but that was the other one.
