Fiddleback User Pics

Today was rough one, so I decided to take the maul & axe out to hit some things. That's a Scandinavian Forest Axe from GB, the maul is a true-temper not worth capturing. Had a Runt in my pocket (it did get to cut some cordage to tie down a tarp over the wood pile)

Hope to install a heat insert over the summer, so our burns will be more often and more efficient next winter. Will give me an excuse to get a big boy axe.

Orange has got to be my favorite color for synthetic scales hands down. The ruby burlap is also near the top of the list, but emerald/sapphire/evergreen are up there too.

Thanks. I got one of the early ones that's a 3/32 Scandi - it's a slicer for sure, .. but I love my bolstered, 5/32 Tapered. It's a great EDC pocket carry for me.
 
Some more photo cubes. Not much not to like about the Patch Knife. This one has a very filling/comfortable handle, more so than the hiking buddy sitting next to it though I still favor the HB in general.
