I agree. I have one that lives in my kitchen.The Gaucho continues to be one of my favorite Fiddleback models. It does a lot of things well, in a knife with plenty of blade, but still light and nimble in the hand.

I had a green Terrasaur once, Great nife, I miss it.

My favorite scandi Fiddleback was this Handyman in 3/32 spalted A2. I like the 3/32 scandis better than the thicker ones. With the thicker blades I like the higher grindsI was on the hunt for one a long time. Was hoping for a scandi but took what I could get. I really like it.
