Field dressing a rabbit with an Opinel Carbone

That's a great way to gut a rabbit. I was taught it years ago. I don't fling the rabbit between my legs however. Just start to squeeze near the rib cage and work your way down to the butt. The guts will squirt out of the butt. I then skin and quarter.

I've never done this myself, but heard of it. My X is a full blood Cree Indian and could snap rabbit legs then yank the hide off up to the neck , quicker than it took me to type this out. I however am not that skilled. But then there isn't much to bunnies anyway.
