Hey everyone!

Specs:

Steel- Elmax heat treated by TRU GRIT at ~ 61 RC
Cutting edge ~ 5''
OAL 10 1/4''
Acid stone wash finish
Carbon fiber/wood (i can not remember the wood species for the life of me..)
Orange g10 liners. (This was my first time trying liners in such a manner, and it did not go quite as planned. There are a couple places where the epoxy filled the voids instead of having a flush fit. )
Kydex sheath (in progress)
textured flats

Please send pay pal to smithlevi44@hotmail.com

Asking $SPF shipped in the US.

Here are the liners with the excess epoxy. It will not effect preformance, but is only a minor cosmetic bluff

Looks great, Levi! I'm really liking the contrasting handle materials... It's like rustic axe handle meets the space age... :) BadAss!

Hands down my favorite steel in a very nicely done package. Well done!
Don't know how long I can hold out on this one.

Ahhhh, this is so tempting! Fantastic looking knife sir, and in elmax too. Everyone else seems to have summed up everything I wanted to say, so....ditto =D

I like tru grit. I get a lot of stuff from them. I am an armature maker and I've done some carbon fiber handles that came out real good with a mirror shine but I want to do the two tone I was wondering how hard it was your first time to match it up and get each piece to mirror the other side? I didn't want to hijack your thread but I had some questions. Thank you.

I was not expecting such positive feedback! Thank you everyone!!

You hush, it's beautiful! And your choice of the slotted screw hardware...perfecto! Is it a type of Palm maybe? That's a sharp (haha!) looking knife, really.

Go ahead and send me an email and we can chat in a little more detail! Thanks!

I just received the cousin to this knife a few days ago and haven't been able to put it down! Awesome blade....I'm thinking of listing it as my life insurance beneficiary. :D
