Field& Stream's recipies for "strange" game/poultry

I'd take my horrible chances with some of those animals, but I still couldn't eat a possum.
 
I had possum stew in Boy Scouts and it was tasty. It hasn't made me want to pull over to the side of the road and pick up a fresh road kill though. :)
