This is a surprisingly good book, an extensive survey of terrorism with practical steps one can and should take to be prepared, much better than I anticipated when I bought it. He discusses in a very readable way a variety of topics, including Understanding the Terrorist Threat, an extensive overview of Significant Terror Groups, some good background, including a few details I've never read before in the mainstream media.
Second part of the book entails Securing Yourself. Chapter titles include Risk Assessment, Personal Security, Securing the Workplace, Defensive Landscaping and Antiterrorism Architecture (an eye-opener), Executive Security, and Hostage Survival and Recovery.
The last part, though, is really the best. Liddy provids an Emergency Response Handbook, that entails too much info to write about here, but it includes, shelter, nutrition, defense, explosions, NBC events, and much more.
A very good read. Book is in new condition with outer cover intact, etc.
