Fighter--- War (2016/12/6) and WIP

Jason, you are a true artist, both in metal and in leather. I am not qualified to critique on the metal other than to say my eye says it is near perfect. I am qualified to comment and critique the leather, however, and your designs, and methods and attention to detail are what I would also grade as perfect. Based on your pattern making, I would guess you have at the very least been exposed to some of my DVDs, and if so, I am extremely proud to have been even a little bit associated with your progress.

Killer hamon. I much prefer this to the exaggerated wavy line that seems popular now. :thumbup:
 
Very Nice. The knife and photos speak for you. Awesome craftsmanship- That's universal.

Like has been mentioned already you Sir are an artist and a very...very good one. Congrats and that wood is breathtaking also just to look at.

I don't wanna speak for anyone, but you got it right.

If I were a knife maker, I would be honored if you sought to emulate my work. Your talent and skill is very impressive, Jason

Everyone gets inspiration somewhere man, I wouldn't worry about it too much... as long as you're not calling it your own and making a line of them, I'm sure Mr. Lurquin won't hold one against you. He'll likely take it as a compliment to his design (once). but you did a better job capturing his design than I would have so good job
 
Outstanding work, quite immaculate! What Mr. Long says about your leatherwork merely reinforces the opinion I had arrived at, looking at the pics...
