not seeing a lot of Fighters on the forum, why is that?

I realize that they're probably harder to make being they are double edged...the curved blade, the perfect grinds needing to match and bend...

I would like to see some fighters posted by those who have them, something along these lines...

I would love to find something like this for myself

I'm sure J Neilson would be happy to make you one, he's very much alive and kicking (you can find him over at JD). ;)

Well that is enough for one night. Three AM so will crash and maybe put up more fighters later on.

Murray,

You have one of the most fantastic collections I've ever had the pleasure of viewing.
Thanks for sharing like you do.
Always appreciated and nighty-night. :)

Ditto that - and that one post shows the great diversity in design that a fighter can have. Cool thread.

I love the Chute knife by the unknown maker and the subhilt is a nice mate for it. The Craddock is something special I am not familiar with him as a maker though but that one on a table would definitely catch my eye. Glad folks enjoy the images and the knives from our collection. It has come about through 32 years of collecting and enjoying knife shows and forums and exchanging knives and information among collectors and makers. I'll try to add some more when I can.

One of my favorites from Tom Maringer is this Vorpal Haiku Proto he made me a few years ago.....
