Way to go to Pappy and all of the winners. I did not win but won anyways as yesterday my son was born- no new knife but a new kid- I'll take that!

I need to see some Mammoth Canoe pics though winners!!!

Pappy, I want you to know that your knife will never be lonely as it arrives. I'm gonna make a special place along with these (and a few others) that I have collected over the years.

I have met some high quality people, I think, in this forum already, who have helped me in educating myself about my knives and knives in general. I am smiling here in the Appalachians thanks to you guys! Are you in the Michigan area? If so, I attended a military high school up in northern Indiana, with lots of folks from that area. Very down-to-earth people from there. Later, John

Email sent Pappy..... I too will carry this knife and happily pass its story on to people who will listen and to my grandchildren when the time comes. Every time I use this knife, a prayer will go up to the big guy for you.... thanks again Pappy and try to take Ginger out romping more often..... I'm sure she would like that and it will be good for you too...... nothing like the love of a good dog to warm the heart.
