I struggled with depression for a few years, and i know how serious it can be. You just have to stay strong, and busy even when it seems impossible to get out of bed. Helping others is one way I was able to fight it, and as you have already discovered, it can be a big help.

I hope the good karma you get (and so richly deserve) tilts the scales back in your favor, buddy. One tip about the blues/doldrums/funk or whatever any of us wants to call it: Exercise. I've found that getting your muscles and lungs working has a very beneficial effect on the body and soul.
