It has been a long time since I made a knife of this style , it was dubbed the fighting wharncliffe by a customer many years ago . Hope you all like it .

This was flat ground from 3/16 " A-2 Tool Steel , heat treated to an Rc 61 . It has a fine Scotch Bright finish on the blade .

Blade tip to handle is 6-1/8"
Edge is at 5-3/4"
width is 1-1/4"

Handle is Ivory Paper Micarta with 6 - 1/8" nickle silver pins and Red Liners .

Sheath will be right or left hand carry by buyers request .

Wharncliffes are just one of the best knives for a fighting knife. I wonder why so few traditional fighting knives are wharnies considering how effective they are. Is there something I am not thinking of?
 
Very nice looking knife and also like that little bench, very cool.
