Ah- but I can make the Paiute witn a strip of plant fiber and NO KNIFE! I love them both!

You can make the fig 4 without a knife as well.

Yeah, I know, but for all practical purposes, I'm thinking in the woods, with only my knife, I'm making a straight figure 4, no fooling around, times a wast'n kind of thing. I know what you mean though.
