File guide is made with carbide plates. It will not be affected by any abrasive except diamond. Ceramic belts will only scratch the surface. Jig is surface ground to ensure flatness from both sides. It fits blades up to 60mm wide. Price is 133 $ shipping not included.
This Jig is designed to drill guards/bolster on drill press in line. It features three bore size - 2.5, 3.5 and 4.5 mm, but it can be made to a specific needs. It fits bolster/guard up to 50mm. All drill tamplates are surface ground and hardened. Price is 133 $ shipping not included.
