I must have a problem using dremels. And buffers. Two things my shop time rarely sees ever turned on.
CLaK is right- you can do it with nothing more than a breast drill, sandpaper, files. But some things make it more fun. My style developed in large part because of the type of grinder I have and what I do with it- to the point where I only forge bits of shape needed to get to the grinder
I could see a real file artist developing a specific style.
