This is a flexible filet that is not just for fishing, I use a filet knife in the kitchen and to bone out my venison. They work great for removing the back strap.
Forged in my shop from 135 layers of 15N20 and 1084 high carbon steel
Heat treated to Rc 58-60 with attention to a fine grain throughout the blade
Cocobolo handle
Overall length: 11 1/4 inches
Blade: 6 3/4 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry
