I have been making these filet knives extra long because not everyone catches small fish like I seem to continue doing.

Stock removal from 3/32 52100 steel. (The knife has a nice flex but is not wimpy)
Flat grind with a machine finish
Stabilized hawthorn handle
Overall length: 13 1/2 inches
Blade: 8 1/4 inches
Leather scabbard with belt loop
