Filet a fish, take the backstrap out of that whitetail you just shot, bone out your thanksgiving turkey.
Forged from 52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated in my Evenheat furnace to Rc 60 with attention to a fine grain structure. Yes it will flex.
Flat grind with a slight convex. The harpoon clip in almost sharp but not quite.
Stabilized cherry burl handle (this makes the handle dishwater safe but PLEASE, NEVER IN THE DISHWASHER)
Overall length: 11 3/4 inches
Blade: 7 1/8 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry
SOLD delivered within the US. My PayPal and email address is gldrewknives@gmail.com
