Guyon, I have read about those guys before and saw the pictures back in June, everyone that it was a hoax at first. It is all the talk her in Saskatchewan and should be bringing in fishermen from all over the world. I would say an AK may work on that trout.

I have one of the small and medium Busse fillet knives, I haven't ever used them, they are probably too thin and sharp to be any good. 
I have used a Fiskers SS fillet knife for years, works good and has a plastic cleaning spoon on the handle, price is right also.
