A handy knife that works well for fish but also to bone out your venison
I made this one from 15N20 that has some nickle in the alloy and will be a little more stain resistant than other high carbon steels. I have built and used kitchen knives with this steel and been pleased with it's edge holding.
Heat treated to Rc 58-60 with attention to a fine grain throughout the blade
Stabilized curly maple handle sanded to 200 grit for grip
Slight convex grind with a polished finish
Overall length: 12 inches
Blade: 7 1/4 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop
It does flex

And again I have included reflections of clouds and trees in my photos at no extra charge.
