Thin and flexible (but not wimpy) that will filet your fish and will also work well to remove that backstrap this fall
52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated to Rc 58-60 with attention to a fine grain structure throughout the blade; especially important in a knife this thin that gets flexed in use. It also makes for good excellent edge holding.
Flat grind
Dymond wood handle
Overall length: 11 inches
Blade: 6 1/2 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry

One of the sleekest knives I've seen. All the pieces work together in this beauty. The Dymond wood is a fine color as well.

I have three of these, I live on the Columbia River and use one of Mr Drew's knives to break down my fish. The only problem is that my fishing buddies are always trying to steal my knives.
