A hard working knife with a flexible blade. Besides fish I use one of these to bone out my deer in the fall, it's especially handy to remove the backstrap.
52100 high carbon steel with a 400 grit finish. I just noticed the waves in the blade; that is a reflection of the blinds in my office not a wavy finish
Flat to a slight convex grind
Stabilized maple handle with red carbon fiber spacers. I didn't polish the handle but left it at a 220 grit for grip
Overall length: 11 3/4 inches
Blade: 7 inches
