Maybe a little late for those fall walleyes but this also works well to remove the backstrap form your whitetail..... and ready for ice fishing a little later

Forged from 52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated to Rc 58-60 with attention to a fine grain structure. Proper heat treating is especially important in a knife that is used like this one where the blade is severely flexed
Flat grind with a slight convex
Stabilized figured maple handle
Overall length: 11 1/4 inches
Blade: 6 1/2 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry
