Has anyone tried to fill in engravings on their knife?

I had the idea that it might make an interesting accent to fill in the Spyderco logo on my knife (Dice--its one of the etched out/engraved ones) with something like gold/brass/bronze or something shinier than whatever is in the engravings now. This is about all I can find. has anyone tried this or something like it?
