


This is my standard fillet knife. It is designed for medium sized fish. It is flexible and easily follows
the backbone of a walleye or similar fish. The point is very sharp, as is the cutting edge. These knives
hold their edge very well. Dymondwood is an ideal material for fillet knives- waterproof, hard, and attractive.
