Fillet Knives - Whats the best? Who has customs?

I just helped my boss order a fillet from the guys at Red Rock Tools. The maker has posted a few times in the Knifemakers' subforum, that's where I found him. A google search for "Red Rock Tools" will land you on his website. I have a CPM S35VN fillet w/ walnut handle coming in about a week!

Another +1 for red rock tools, I have one in Vanax I got from the Exchange that is amazing!

I picked up a Warther recently in S35V. It is worth a look.
Bark River is coming out with one in S35V, and Spyderco has one planned in a Wilson design.

Its cheap with who knows what kind of steel but I have a birch handle Rapala filet knife that I bought after a 24 hour fishing trip last year. I got great filets from my snapper, amberjack, sea bass, etc. Worked very well for the price. Good flex with sharp edge. If I had to guess it wouldnt hold its edge nearly as long as some of the custom made options out there. Wont look as nice either.

I love this custom fillet knife, you can check this out and they have some other fillet knives collection too.
