filling small voids in stabilized wood

I'm finishing off some Thuya burl handles that are stabilized and there are a few small voids that need to be filled. I'm thinking either super glue or Birchwood Casey Sealer / filler. Any suggestions?

Superglue is the ticket.

I generally sand the handle with about 240 grit sandpaper and add small drops of superglue as I sand around the voids with the handle dusty from sanding. Do this over and over again close to the void and eventually it will fill in with superglue and wood dust and look just like the surrounding wood.

I forgot to mention earlier, but superglue also works wonders on oily wood such as cocobola. I once tried everything to fill voids in cocobola but due to the texture and composition of the wood, NOTHING worked. Superglue will fill the voids and stay put. And, as Charles mentioned, once it combines with the wood dust you can't tell the void was ever there.

Hope it helps,
