I have lots of Filson gear, and their size XL or 46 fits me perfectly. I'm 5'10" and 210#. This coat (size Large) is a little too tight for me, and the sleeves are a bit short. There is very little, if any, of the wax treatment left on the coat. Filson recommends not washing these wax treated coats, and the first three pics show a bit of "character" due to that.
I wear a size 7 1/2 cap. This cap, with the adjustment strap let out as far as it will go, is still a little too tight for me. There is a bit of the wax treatment still on the hat.

I bought these used off the 'bay a couple years ago, but as noted they're both a little too small to fit me comfortably.
The attached pics give a pretty accurate representation of the color of the coat & hat.
