I have an unworn older Filson tin cloth packer hat in medium (measuring 22 3/8 inches around.)
It has been on a shelf for years, so there is a little dust, otherwise in excellent condition.

It has seen little use over the years but does have a few spots and scuffs from storage that I'm sure can be cleaned out, if you so wish.
The features of the jacket include: snap front closure, action back for freedom of movement, snap adjustable cuffs, snap tab waste for an adjustable fit, wool collar, water repellant, abrasion resistant.
Measurements while laid flat: hem to collar 24 inches, armpit to armpit 24 inches, top of shoulder seam to cuff 23 inches.
