Steve has been going back to old school, big, bad, tactical fixed blades lately with hard use and abuse in mind. The Opener (as in man-opener, says Steve) is a big, mean tanto fixed blade ready for choppin' and slashin'! The tanto blade features a really unique grinde, with one side standard V-Ground, and the other complex ground with big swedge and tip bevel, with a partially serrated section.. Finished with a super cool two tone acid washed and distressed finish. The micarta grips have been sculpted for extra grip, and the top jimping keeps thin in place. The butt end features a point for striking and smashing. Comes with a molded kydex sheath with Tek-Lok.
