Brand new and unsharpened. No box. Not a terribly uncommon knife but in mint unused condition? I don’t know. Maybe a salesman sample, store display or just a survivor. I’m guessing 70’s. If anyone can shed light on the age feel free. Either way, here she is. Lock up is tight. Great snap.

I believe Western started using date codes in 1977 with the letter “A.” That would make your knife, which has the letter “B,” made in 1978.

Did a little research. Apparently the S in the model stands for stainless. Not sure if that’s true but I have confirmed the blade is stainless.
