The 15 and the 10 are top 2 of the list list. The 8 and commander and journeyman are all close 3rds haha. Any advice on sharpening on a sharpmaker?

As far as greasing Emersons, I have found that no grease is the best. The washers are self lubricating. Any grease just makes it sticky. Also, to center the blade, just try loosing the handles and moving them opposite each other up and down to center the blade.

I've had the opposite result. My fastest & smoothest are the ones that have broken in an are lubricated. I use Finish Line Extreme Fluoro grease which is similar to Reeves CRK grease but 4x (5gram vs 20 grams tube) more for almost the same price.

I'll have to try that. It's gotten super smooth and is almost completely centered so after the game I'll have to try taking it apart and putting it together with no lube and again with lube depending on how I feel about smoothness without.

Go with the 10 a awesome all around knife I have a mini roadhouse also but love my 10
