Greetings all!

Well, after a 6 month TDY to "the desert" and three days of traveling, I'm finally back home in Great Falls! I have 14 days gratis time before I have to head back to work, and I'm going to spend it getting to know my family again. Once I get re-aclimated to a life where I don't have to walk 1/2 mile to the bathroom, and used to the idea of NOT living in a tent, I'll be back in the mix around here. I want to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers..... knowing that folks appreciate what we do made it all bearable.
Once I get back to work, I'm going to get my retirement paperwork submitted, and with any luck, will be full time knifemaking by this fall.
For those who have orders with me, please drop me an email so that I can get started on the backlog I left behind.

Thanks again to everyone!!

Great to have you back. We appreciate you in your shop, we appreciate you in these forums, and we particularly appreciate your service to our country. Glad you're all in one piece.

Funny I was wondering if you had made it back yet on the way to work this morning.

Welcome home Ed and thank you!

Take a break and get that paperwork in. It is time to pass the wand!

Welcome back!

Thanks for making it back and for helping keep the world free while you were gone.

I'm happy that you are back safe and sound. Thanks for your service.

Awesome!!

We appreciate the service you did for us, and the sacrifices you and your family made. Welcome home Ed! :)

Welcome home !

We take things for granted (in the States) and don't realize the little niceties of our freedom. . .until you're deployed. :D

One of the greatest feeling in the world. . .coming home to the opened arms of loved ones !

Cheers Ed ! :D

Hi Ed,
I don't know you, but I still wanted to say welcome home and thanks for the service you did for us.

Have a great weekend!

Welcome back! Looks like I may be taking my own trip there soon enough, only fair after spending the last year in this paradise though ;) . Enjoy your retirement, it's well deserved.

I'm glad I got my little EBK. It's a great knife.

Enjoy your time away from the Sand Box. My best friend is there now. Hopefully, all will come home safe and sound for good after what has to be done, is done.
