Finally bought a 110

Thanks, the wife was thrilled, especially since about 70 more cousins came here to live in the same timeframe

This picture is roundabout six years old. These are not the last 110 I bought.

I've carried various 110's most of my adult life, and its a knife I just would not be without. But of all the 110's I've carried over the years, this is my favorite.

Just for fun I strapped my 40 year old 110 on my belt this morning. I've worn it all day so far, I drove to the store and picked up a few grocery items. I never knew it was there. When I reached in my pocket and felt it I was somewhat surprised before I remembered.
Its so easy to carry.

I just received one of those, I really like it too. Can't wait for people to see it actually.

Welcome to knife heaven. You'll never need another folder. :) Congrats!

My 110 is my baby. Take care of it and it'll take care of you!

I bought my first 110 in the very late 60's. That knife was my daily work knife, and was with me every hunting season thereafter. It's last hunting trip was in 2000. On that trip, I had to use it to clean a buck, after dark in a freezing rain, and using only the headlights of my Jeep. When I finished, I laid the knife on the front bumper, dragged the deer to the rear carrier, and headed back to camp - a two mile bumpy, icy, muddy trail. When I finally arrived to camp and was unloading the deer, I realized that my knife sheath was empty, and remembered where I had laid it. I was sick to my stomach, because I knew that there would be no possible way of ever finding it again. But I found it - still sitting on the front bumper where I had laid it. How it stayed there has always amazed me - It was officially retired at that instant.

Well my 110's have made their way back to my belt this week. Spent along time without them on my belt. I just couldn't do it anymore as the weather is cooling off. I moved them to my left side.
