Finally did it

Welcome to the club! The Paramilitary 2 was the first quality knife I bought myself and it is still one of my primary carries. I have a lot of “pretty” knives but it’s beauty lies within it’s functionality. And like Fabienne in Pulp Fiction said “It's unfortunate what we find pleasing to the touch and pleasing to the eye is seldom the same.”:D

I find most are too wide in the pocket - spine to back. Also very tall at the heel, which I don't care for at all.
That said, the Baby Jess Horn is one of my most carried knives. If only they did it right - as a Gentleman's knife it really needs a better scale material than green G10. Of course I also love knives built along Jess Horn/Al Mar lines.

Yeah, they are ugly and all that but, they work so well.:D

My biggest complaint against them (other than looks) is how much pocket real estate they need. That really is my biggest problem with Spydercos.

Lol

Actually they are built for both the hand and the eye because the more you look at them the more you like them ;)

I’m in the minority but I hated the pm2. It was just not for me. I didn’t care for the “guard” in conjunction with the choil and I found the lock would bite me. Something that doesn’t happen to me with the Yo2. It is a Goldie locks size wise. I appreciated that but didn’t care for using it.

Anyone out there looking for their first spydie I’d highly recommend starting with the delica. I’ve owned a few delicas and I keep buying them. I’m NOT a collector so I’m not one to buy multiples. They’re a really nice platform for steel type and now they have a wharny. I also own a couple Millie’s too. I’m pretty set with those two patterns.
