Finally! Feltman scores a new ride.

Congrats Josh, nothing like a new car to boost a man's spirits.:D

Just remember it is a proven fact that red cars are more often likely to get ticketed.:grumpy:
That's why Barb and me got a grey one, I really did want the purty red, but I have a tendency to get a little lead footed at times.;)

Congrats, Josh! Looks like fun! :D :D

I love hondas. They're fast, fun, and they just won't quit. Very good choice.

Now all you have to do is weld some khuks to the rims, James Bond style!

Glad you found an acceptable replacement - hard to jump into something new, but impermenance is the rule. Hope it serves you as well as the old one.

Ever notice how people who live in geodistic domes 'score' things?

i can't let the lady of the house see this thread. We're needing to replace her hand-me-down audi and it's $900 "surprise!" fixes. I'm glad you dig the Honda, Josh, but that just isn't my style...she wants one. Still, if we find one that looks THAT nice, then i just might be sold on it..if it's manual;)

Great lookin' ride:)

You need flames and a spoiler.

not mine.

Well, I was gonna hold off on the spoiler, but now that I see how easy it is to make your own, I think I'll slap one on there tonight!

Finding a manual transmission these days is a real bitch. I went to numerous car lots that didn't have a single car with a manual transmission. None. Zero. Zip. They even look at you a little funny when you ask.

manual transmissions are great. I've never gotten used to their absence.

I'll add their passage into obscurity in the same category as real yogurt.

Fortunately, if you buy a truck, you can still have a manual.

Been truck shopping lately?

Not in California. I understand you get a non fat yogurt with every auto transmission.

I probably went to four or five different car lots that didn't have a single manual transmission--truck or otherwise. It's ridiculous.

Yup...Chevy Avalanche...available only with automatic. Not only that, but they use something called "torque management" which means the tranny isunder computer control so that if you try to feed it too much power too quickly, it reduces the force transmitted to it! :barf:

It's still purdy though...:D

Nice, Nasty!

I never realized how much of a control freak I was until I got stuck with an automatic for a few months. I haven't driven one since driver's training in high school.
