Finally finished my KMG clone

Wow, finally finished my KMG clone. Only took me about 1 year to get her finished and painted. Probably just been better to have purchased it outright, but really glad I did the work myself now. Now to make a few more attachment for it to really get it to its fullest potential.

Nice! I have to get to work on my hybrid Coote/KMG. How about some more pics detailing your attachments and tool rest.

Yep you will not be sorry if you mod that sander like you talked about when I visited.
Anyway the attachment is a flat platen that I also had the idea to put a 4 inch wheel so I could loosen up the pinch bolt and rotate platen a few degrees so I could slack belt grind between the 2 inch and the 4 inch wheel.
So far I am pretty happy with the arrangement. Flat grind on the front of the platen and slack belt grind on the top. I set it up so the 4 inch wheel will not spin or wear when grinding with the flat platen part.
