I can't tell from the picture but when I zoom in it look at the name plate on the motor I think it says 1HP. I hope that will be enough HP got you but it looks good

It's 2 hp and the vfd is rated for 2. Its all running off a 220VAC I installed.

Nice build. Only thing I would suggest is mounting it on something more durable and better looking than OSB. A 24X24" slab of 3/4" plywood with a piece of .063"aluminum sheet on top of it would make a great mount. It should cost about $10 for the aluminum and $10 for the wood.

Just to make sure, those aren't holes at the top of your box are they? Are they vent holes that you're going to cover with a filter?

I see you have some Hermes 466 belts, how do you like them?
I love using them, particularly on carbon steels. I had to do some digging to learn about them on some older threads. I don't think Pops had them on their website, but they may now.
