I had bought a Ambitious intended to use as a small palm sized beater, I am so impressed with this little guy, the build quality is superb for how little it cost.

Anyways, every time I use it, it bugs the heck out of me that a small portion of the blade is blocked by the liner and scale and I keep wanting to fix that.... So here she is and the cutting surface is just a hair short of Delica 4! And only 2/3 the size!

Let me know what you guys think.

Oh and I grounded the clip a little to match the overall look of my new Ambilicious.

Nicely done! That looks quite good, could very easily be from the factory that way by the appearance. :)
