You shouldn't have to pay for something that you did NOT receive, especially since the seller used so little common sense in his shipping methods.

And especially with the jacked-up shipping prices that ~some~ sellers charge. Charge $5 (or whatever) shipping then put the loose knife in an envelope. That sucks. I mean, how much does a small box and some old newspaper or used bubblewrap cost? Around here that stuff costs exactly nothing!
