Managed to get my first Busse not too long ago. My son was home on leave and we had a chance to do some predator hunting. I killed a nice coyote and he shot this very nice bobcat. Handed him my Busse SOB to skin out the pelt and his first reply after a few strokes was, "damn dad, this thing is like a scalpel". Yep, INFI!!!

I've seen a thousand safe queens. Does anyone else have any pics of their Busse being used?

I'd love to see them. Post 'em up with a quick story of what, where, etc.

I'm glad you guys got to go hunting, and both had success! Thanks for the photos!

Yep, I only see him once or twice a year and he got lucky and got leave during hunting season. Hope to see some more pics on here.

Working the TG on the next trip. Will never treat a Busse as a safe queen, just too darn effective as TOOLS.

Excellent outing two up two down both great predator scores....Congrats to you both....

Oh, man--that's how December's s'pose to be. Father and son in the field, enjoying a hunt together.

Hey Ronnie - good huntin!

This is all I got. It ain't freshly killed, but it's meat, and my Busses are definitely users and not safe queens:

This one is much too big for a hunting knife. Just thought I would contribute what I could, congratulate you on your successful hunt, and enjoy the pictures.

Skinned quite a few rabbits and bunnies with my TB. Excuse my poor skinning technique, I'm self taught.

No discussion of what yall are hunting with? I would imagine most of you guys would be still/stalk with Rifle/Shotgun?

Loving the fact you got to get out and hunt with your son. Cannot wait until mine is of age.

Until then...
