Finally one to show

Been a while since I've posted anything, I just got this fighter finished up and had a little extra time to take a picture before it got shipped out for Christmas.
OAL 15 1/4" with a 10 1/4" blade, damascus is 500 layers, all hardware is same damascus and the handle is Thuya. I sure hope its a hit for Christmas.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments, I sure hope the new owner gets home in time to get it for Christmas, Just heard today the new owner was suppose to be home for leave but hasn't made it yet and leave could have been delayed. I Sure hope not, the family was sure looking forward to this home coming.

I think the very square bend in the guard is a bit weird, but I like it. Gives plenty of clearance for the hand and shows that the blade means business.
