Those map cases look mighty fine but I'd have to build on another room to house them.;)
However I've got about 2-1/2' to 3' feet of old vinyl albums that I need to get rid of and then hang up the ndn plates with the pretty pics that are in the same cabinet we've collected over the years. Then I'd have about another 20' X 16" of space I could fill up.:D

One of these days I really do need to inventory the old albums and put out some feelers to see what they're worth.
I may be setting on a treasure trove of potential funds I could use for knives and things that go BOOM!!!! :D

Over heard alot at my house
"very intersting pattern of wall paper"

"yup thats Himalayan wallpaper , had it imported"

I like Map cases for storage of khuks and other knives and swords. You can find these relatively cheap and they will hold a LOT.

Great idea there... I should have thought of one of those... I used to hang around in drafting stores a lot in my younger days...
How much did you give for them???

y'know, if you used four chiruwa-handled khuks, the ceiling fan idea could certainly be done -- take off the slabs and use the rivet holes to pin the khuks to a disc, and then attach the disc to the fan. Might be a funny project to try with some of those e-bay $0.99 khukrappies. :D
