Sheath was made by Dan & Spen @ JRE Industries. Go to their custom sheaths section.
 
Here you go. Stripped INFI ready for users.

Cant wait to lop some lower jaws off some Boars next month up North with the SASH.

PS- I have a JRE sheath for a Dan Koster 3V bushcraft knife I bought last year. They produce an attractive, functional and well-made product.
