Ok, so I took a profiled 154cm Buck 110 replacement blade to the Bader and this is what it's starting to shape up to.

Out of heat treat, plate/compressed air quench, tempered, tested (gouged some brass still shaved my arm !) cleaned and satin finished into my EDC. First blade I successfully completed in house :) happy day.
