So far it seems that no such knife will come out until we see what 2013 brings us. Some of the Spydercos come close, but it violates the "Post #95 Amendment" :p along with rule #5 (wire clips).

As of now, it seems you are going to have to go custom or modify a knife. I don't get why companies feel the need to put those ugly a** cut-outs on the blade and handle like the Onslaught and Mayo has. :confused:
 
Direware Solo V1. I guess it would be a custom though. Rather hard to find as well, and I'm unsure if it's made in USA. Thought I'd throw it out there though.

Were getting closer! But I fear this may elude the bet of us. And if you need it to be production to get new parts etc etc for it wouldn't the strider work? I understAnd no prize, but it may still be a very viable option for you! Good luck!

Yeah. It's 'sort' of a linerlock because of the G10 mini-scales, but technically it's a frame lock. I have one and it's a substantial knife. Was it make in the USA? I bought two in 2008 because my grail was exactly like 5.56's except that I don't mind a wire clip or offshore production. I sold them because I developed a preference for tip down only, then traded for one again when I learned I could drill and tap Ti
and relocate the clip. I'll still probably get around to that one day, but the Para 2 has really lessened my longing for a Ti framelock.

I eventually broke down and had a custom made by Chuck Gedraitis that meets every one of your specs except for being a custom.

Don't know if this has been suggested, but what about having a Spyderco ti Military shortened, 1/2 inch off the blade brings it down to your blade specs and about the same off of the handles.
